    • Pedernales Cellars is committed to protecting your personal data. We do not share, sell or loan any personal information with any other business or organizations, except as required by law or as required to fulfill our obligations to you (e.g. we share your shipping address with an outside shipper to be able to send you wine).


  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently only ship to: AK, CA, DC, FL, IA, MN, MO, NM, and TX

    *Please know that UPS Ground service does not have a “delivery day agreement” and is therefore not recommended for customers who must arrange to have someone 21 or older present at the delivery address to accept their wine shipment. All shipment methods will require the signature of someone 21 or older.

    Furthermore, if you select UPS Ground Service, their service could take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery; we are not able to guarantee a delivery date.

    • All orders take two full business days to process, so orders cannot be shipped the same day they are placed. Shipping wine is complicated by various state-mandated limits and requirements. We run your order through our state compliance matrix to ensure a legal shipment. It takes two business days to process the order, check it, and then send on to picking and packing.

    • It is vital that an adult (21 years or older) is physically present at your shipping address to sign for the shipment as required by law. Therefore, since no shipments will be delivered without someone age 21+ present, we strongly urge you to ship to a business address; this will minimize the possibility of missing delivery attempts.
    • Upon the third missed delivery attempt, your shipment will be returned to Pedernales Cellars. If this occurs, we retain your original shipping charge. We’ll kindly ask you to cover the expense to re-ship it back to you.

    • We can not ship to a US Postal Service Box.

  • Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns at this time. We take every necessary precaution to ensure that your wine purchases are handled carefully, but we cannot take responsibility for damage that may occur in shipping once it leaves our winery. In case of a damaged product, please contact your shipper.
